L-酪氨酸分子式:C9H11NO3分子量:181.19CAS号:60-18-4性质:白色丝光针状结晶或结晶性粉末。熔点342-244℃(分解)。溶于碱溶液,微溶于水,不溶于无水乙醇、醚和丙酮。制备方法:由酪素、绢丝等蛋白质酸水解物中和产生的沉淀分离后,溶于稀氨水,用醋酸中和至pH=5,进行重结晶而得。将猪毛水解液提取胱氨酸的第二次粗品结晶纯液,在20℃以下存放二天,使酪氨酸沉淀,过滤,可得酪氨酸粗品,经精制亦可获得L-酪氨酸。对猪毛的收率为1%。用途:营养增补剂。医药上用于治疗脊髓炎和结核脑炎、甲状腺菌能亢进等症,也用于制造L-多巴二碘酪氨酸。与糖类共热发生氨基羰基反应后,可生成特殊香味物质。
