三尖杉碱    又称粗榧碱。为一种生物碱,分子式 C18H21NO4。它存在于三尖杉及其同属植物粗榧中。1963年W.W.保德勒从日本粗榧和三尖杉中首先分离得到。    三尖杉碱为星状结晶;熔点131~132℃,比旋光度[α]崨-204°(氯仿);可与盐酸和高氯酸等生成结晶盐;遇浓硫酸呈红色转深紫红色,加水则成绿色溶液。    除三尖杉碱外,从日本粗榧中还曾先后得到十几种生物碱,其中三尖杉酯碱、高三尖杉酯碱、异三尖杉酯碱和脱氧三尖杉酯碱等,对小鼠淋巴白血病P-388有显著疗效。三尖杉酯碱和高三尖杉酯碱对急性和慢性粒细胞型白血病有较好疗效。
