吡咯-2-甲醛分子式:CAS号:性质:棱柱形结晶。熔点46~47℃;沸点217~219℃(常压),100~102℃ (1.599kPa);折射率1.5939。可溶于水。具有芳香醛的一般性质,与羟胺形成的肟熔点164.5℃,与苯肼生成的苯腙熔点139℃。但对亲核试剂的活泼性低于大多数芳香醛和脂肪醛,如不易和氰化氢加成,也不和费林试剂(Fehling’s reagent)反应。用吡咯、二甲基甲酰胺和三氯氧磷经维尔斯迈尔-哈克甲酰化反应(Vilsmeyer-Haack formylation)制取。是重要的有机合成中间体,利用其活泼的醛基,可转变为甲基、氯甲基、氨甲基、羟甲基等衍生物以及用于卟吩的合成等。
