偶合反应(couplingreaction)【偶合反应】(couplingreaction)亦称“偶联”。重氮盐与芳胺或酚等偶合剂利用生成*偶氮化合物的反应。重氮盐是一种弱亲电试剂,容易和芳胺(醋酸钠存在)、酚(氢氧化钠存在)偶合形成含偶氮基(`-N=N-`)发色团的有色化合物。本反应是生产偶氮染料的重要步骤。溶液的pH值对偶合反应的影响十分显著。例如,当氨基萘酚磺酸作为偶合剂时,在碱性条件下,偶氮基进入羟基的邻位,在酸性条件下则进入氨基的邻位。
