茂金属系聚丙烯非织造物分子式:CAS号:性质:指纺黏法和熔喷法编剧民的茂金属聚丙烯(PP)非织造物。其聚合物熔点只有148℃。分子量分布窄,Mn比值只有2.0。纯度高。其熔点在很低剪切速率下黏度低,因此熔纺时纺速高,在同样取向度时比普通PP强度高,纤度细。制得的纺黏法非织造物均匀度高,孔隙度小,纺速可高达4200m/min,断头率少。熔喷法非织造物的纺丝温度为250℃,比普通PP低50℃。微纤化所需空气流较少。用作手巾、腿护套和气、液体滤材等。
