厚朴酚分子式:CAS号:性质:熔点103℃。溶于苯、乙醚、氯仿、丙酮,难溶于水,易溶于稀碱溶液,得到钠盐。酚羟基易被氧化,而烯丙基则容易进行加成反应。中药厚朴(Magnolia officinalis Rehder et Wilson)皮中抗菌作用的有效成分。具有特殊的、持久的肌肉松弛作用及强的抗菌作用,可抑制血小板聚集。临床上主要用作抗菌、抗真菌药。
