脱附 吸附的逆过程，使吸附质从吸附剂表面离逸的操作。脱附使吸附剂再生，同时获得吸附产品。改变操作条件，可使吸附平衡关系发生有利脱附的变化。常用的方法有：①减压脱附。降低操作压力，使平衡吸附量低于已有吸附量而发生脱附，此法用于变压吸附。②升温脱附。提高吸附剂温度，使平衡吸附量低于已有吸附量而发生脱附，此法用于变温吸附。由于吸附剂导热性能差，生产上是将水蒸气或热气流直接通入床层加热吸附剂，以实现变温脱附。③置换脱附。用水蒸气加热吸附剂时，吸附质被水分置换而脱附。脱附下来的吸附质与水蒸气一起冷凝,再予回收;而吸附剂则经干燥、冷却后备用。用水蒸气加热的升温脱附，大都属于置换脱附。④冲洗脱附。用热的惰性气流加热吸附剂并带走脱附的吸附质。此法适用于吸附质无需回收的场合。 脱附终了时单位质量吸附剂所吸附的吸附质的量称为残留吸附量，其数值取决于吸附平衡关系及脱附的操作条件，它对以后的吸附操作可能达到的分离程度有重要影响。因此，设计时根据工艺要求和经济性来确定允许的残留吸附量以及相应的脱附操作条件。
