甲基氯硅烷  甲基硅烷上与硅相连的氢被氯取代的一类产品,其中有工业意义的为二甲基二氯硅烷〔(CH3)2SiCl2〕、甲基三氯硅烷(CH3SiCl3)、甲基二氯硅烷(CH3SiHCl2)和三甲基氯硅烷〔(CH3)3SiCl〕。主要由一氯甲烷制得(见甲烷氯化物)。常温下均为无色、透明液体,沸点分别为70.0℃、66.4℃、41.0℃和57.9℃,能燃烧,易水解。是合成硅油、硅橡胶和有机硅树脂的原料。    甲基氯硅烷的生产方法有间接法和直接法两种。现在工业上均采用直接法,它由美国E.G.罗乔于1940年所发明,生产上以铜或铜盐为催化剂,在300℃左右使一氯甲烷与硅粉直接反应。这是一个复杂的非均相反应。反应所得混合物主要含二甲基二氯硅烷(约70%),其次是甲基三氯硅烷,还有三甲基氯硅烷、甲基二氯硅烷等。产物通过精馏可得纯品。由于反应放热,温度控制极为重要,现大多数采用流化床反应器。
