大气压化学电离分子式:CAS号:性质:它是质谱仪样品离子化方式的一种。原理如下:在气体辅助下,溶剂和样品流过进样器,在进样器内有一加热器使溶剂和样品加热汽化,从进样器出口喷出,在进样器出口处有一电针,通过电针电晕放电,使溶剂离子化,溶剂离子再与样品分子发生分子-离子反应,使样品离子化。这个过程和传统的化学电离很类似,所不同的是传统的化学电离是在真空下电子轰击溶剂使之电离,而大气压化学电离是在常压下靠放电针电晕放电使溶剂电离。大气压化学电离主要用于分析热稳定性好的样品,与电喷雾相比,它的优点是流动相的适用范围更广。
