形态分析分子式:CAS号:性质:(一)在分析化学中,除对物质(或元素)做总量分析以外,还需要测定该物质(或元素)以何种化学物种及化学形态存在。最简单的形态分析就是测定某元素以何种价态存在于试样中。(二)在环境化学中,对化学物质在环境中的物理状态和元素存在的化学形式(chemical form)进行鉴别与分析的统称。有时与状态分析一词混用。污染物在不同环境介质中具有不同的聚集态、价态和化学结合态。常用的形态分析方法有五种。(1)理论计算法。利用被研究系统的热力学数据,有时还须用化学的和生化过程的动力学数据,进行热力学平衡各组分(形态)的理论计算。此方法局限性大,常与实际状况有偏差。(2)直接测定法。使用具有专一性的化学方法或物理化学方法对水溶液样品中各种形态分别进行分析。(3)分离法。先用物理法(超过滤、离心、渗析等)或物理化学法(萃取、层析、离子交换等)进行形态分离,再逐一测定。(4)综合法。直接法和分离法相结合,也包括各种仪器的联用技术(如气相色谱或液相色谱与质谱、原子吸收联用)。(5)干法。常用于颗粒状样品或生物样品的非破坏性分析,如X射线衍射、电子探针、核磁共振、电子自旋共振、穆斯鲍尔(Mossbauer)谱等方法。用此可鉴定不同化合物(物相),测定分子的结构、不同的基团和化合物的结构等。
