偏氯乙烯分子式:C2H2Cl2分子量:96.94CAS号:75-35-4性质:无色液体。熔点-122.5℃,沸点31.7℃(37℃),相对密度1.2129(20/4℃),折光率1.4249,闪点-22℃。能溶于有机溶剂,几乎不溶于水。有轻微氯仿气味。该品易被空气氧化,氧化后有氯气、氯化氢、光气、甲醛以及过氧化物生成,这种过氧化物又能促使单体聚合,在贮存或加热过程中有爆炸的危险。一般常加0.02%对甲氧基酚作阻聚剂。也有用碱液或氮气密封贮存的。制备方法:工业制法由氯乙烯和氯气反应先制成1,1,2-三氯乙烷,然后用10%氢氧化钙水溶液脱氯化氢而得。原料消耗定额:氯乙烯730kg/t、氯870kg/t、氢氧化钙750kg/t、三氯乙烷1500kg/t。用途:1,1-二氯乙烯为基础(至少含80%)的共聚物,可制得具有耐火性的偏氯纶。1,1-二氯乙烯与丙烯腈、丁二烯、丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯等共聚,可制得各种合成树脂。偏二氯乙烯树脂可加工成纤维或薄膜,并可用于纸或塑料薄膜的表面涂层。聚偏二氯乙烯纤维可用于生产织物、帐篷、防虫网、汽车坐垫等。聚偏二氯乙烯薄膜的透气性、透湿性比其它塑料薄膜小,适用于食品包装。与甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等共聚物,可用于电影胶片工业。
