复合除尘器复合除尘器compound dust conector fuhe ehuehenqj复合除尘器(eompound dust coleetor)将分属两种或两种以上不同种类除尘器的主要除尘机理结合一起而制成的一种除尘设备。它可以克服单一设备的某些缺点，提高除尘器的综合效能。得到人们注意的复合除尘器是静电强化除尘器，如静电一袋滤、静电一颗粒层、静电一湿式和静电一旋风等。静电强化的一种方式是使含尘气流先通过高压静电场，粉尘预先荷电后再进人除尘器;对于湿式除尘设备，还可以使水雾预先荷电再捕集粉尘;静电强化的另一种方式是将直流电压直接施加于除尘器(如袋式除尘器或颗粒层除尘器)内的辅助电极上，使之形成高压静电场，起到强化除尘的作用。其中的一种是美国精密工业公司生产的阿匹特隆(aPitron)除尘器(见图)。其上部为传统的袋式除尘器，每一滤袋的下方装有金属圆管，并同悬挂在管中心的放电极组成电场。含尘气流由下而上通过圆管，粉尘荷电，随后被阻留在圆管和滤袋的内表面。金属管上方装有喷嘴，周期地喷出压缩空气，使滤袋内造成负压并形成反向气流，令滤袋迅速地改变形状而清灰。当施加30kV电压时，对大于1.6拌m尘粒的捕集效率可达99.”%，对0.3拌m尘粒的捕集效率为93%。在过滤速度为1.4~2.sm/min范围内，设备阻力由常规袋式除尘器高于1000Pa降至330一48oPa。由此可以提高过滤速度，降低投资和能耗，减少占地面积。5一介 阿匹特隆除尘器图 1一滤袋;2一粉尘层;3一压缩空气管;4一清灰喷嘴; 5一二次空气吹扫;6一文氏管喉管;7一电晕线(一); 8一金属管(+);9一风机;一灰斗;11一螺旋输送机
