二氮嗪分子式:C8H7ClN2O2S分子量:230.70CAS号:364-98-7性质:白色或类白色结晶性粉末。熔点330-331℃。溶于乙醇,微溶于丙酮、氯仿、甲醇,不溶于水,易溶于氢氧化钠溶液。无臭,味微苦。制备方法:由5-氯-2-乙酰胺基-N-乙酰基苯磺酰胺经高温环合而得。环合反应在250-260℃进行,搅拌15min。然后冷却,待物料凝固后研细,用乙醇洗涤,得二氮嗪粗品。用40倍量的80%乙醇重结晶,得成品。用途:速效降压药。该品可使高血压患者卧、立位血压下降,为高血压危象患者急救药。临床使用时需同时使用利尿剂。充血性心力衰竭、糖尿病和肾机能不全的重型高血压患者忌用。
