纤维粘连蛋白分子式:CAS号:性质:是细胞外基质和基底膜内一种主要的非胶原糖蛋白,也能以可溶的形式存在于血浆中,具有高度黏着性,中介成纤维细胞与胶原的连结,其功能是参与细胞与细胞间的相互作用(接触抑制)和细胞与基层的黏着,还参与细胞移行。血浆中的Fn在低温下显示不溶性,故称为冷凝球蛋白。Fn由两个分子量各230 000的亚基通过其C端的二硫键相连。Fn含有三种类型重复的局部结构形式,构成至少7个功能域,其功能包括结合肝素、纤维蛋白、胶原、DNA和细胞表面。
