混凝土冬期施工混凝土冬期施工construction of concrete in winter hunn一ngtu dongqi shigong混凝土冬期施工(。onstruetion of。onerete inwinter)在室外日平均气温连续5天低于5℃时的混凝土工程施工。新浇筑的混凝土在导C环境下养护,强度增长很慢。如遇负温度,水泥的水化作用受到阻碍,其中游离水分冻结,在混凝土内形成冰聚体,并在骨料周围结成冰膜,致使混凝土体积增大而冻裂。混凝土初期受冻后,于常温下强度仍能增长,但已不能恢复到未遭冻结的水平。混凝土遭受冻结的时间愈早,其强度损失愈大,反复冻结,强度损失更为严重。对新浇筑的混凝土在受冻前达到多大强度(受冻临界强度)才能避免冻害,各国都做过大量试验。中国现行规范规定,硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥配制的混凝土其受冻临界强度应为设计标号的30%,矿渣硅酸盐水泥配制的混凝土应为设计标号的40%。但CS及CS以下的混凝土,其受冻临界强度不得低于SMPa。在混凝土冬期施工中,要采取措施,使新浇混凝土在硬化过程中不受冻害,水泥水化作用能持续进行,混凝土的强度能达到或超过受冻临界强度。由于冬期施工需消耗较多材料和热能,增加工程造价,安排项目时,应从技术、质量、经济各方面统筹考虑。对不宜进行冬期施工的工程项目,要尽可能安排在入冬前或转暖后施工。对不得不在冬期施工的项目,应提前做好各方面准备,调查本地区历年气候变化特点、能源及材料状况以及混凝土结构特点,进行原材料和混凝土搅拌、运输、养护过程的热工计算,在混凝土制备、浇筑、养护等几个环节上采取防冻害措施。 混凝土制备为防止混凝土早期遭受冻害,制备混凝土时应考虑:(l)改善混凝土的配合比,优先选用硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥,水泥标号应不低于325号,水泥用量不得少于300kg/m3,水灰比不应大于0.60。(2)加热水及骨料,加热温度由热工计算确定。当加热水尚不足以获得所需要的混凝土温度时,才采取对骨料进行加热的办法。水泥加热不易均匀,其局部过热会使水泥凝结,一般应提前运入暖棚内存放。(3)拌制混凝土时,骨料中不得带有冰雪及冻团,并注意其投入顺序,应使水先与骨料接触、待水温降下来后,再投入水泥。切忌热水直接与水泥接触。(4)为了满足不同温度原材料的热交换,拌合时间应比常温下延长50%。 混凝土浇筑混凝土运输及浇筑过程中应有保温措施,浇筑前应将模板和钢筋上的冰雪和污垢清除。一个基础或一个部位的混凝土宜连续进行浇筑,并注意随浇筑随搜盖。一般情况下,浇筑后的混凝土温度不应低于ZC。 混凝土养护常用的方法有蓄热法、电热法、蒸气加热法、暖棚法、掺外加剂法等。
