水泥机立窑综合节能改造水泥机立窑综合节能改造integrated energy efficiency technology of vertical mech-nical cemet furnace 水泥机立窑综合节能改造(i ntegrated ener-gy effieieneyteehnology of vertieal meehniealcemet fumace)中国对老式水泥机立窑进行节能降耗技术改造所采取的一系列技术措施及其成效。立窑是中国水泥生产的主要窑型。1993年，中国水泥总产量70肠以上是由立窑生产的，有水泥立窑70。。余座，其中5000余座是机械化立窑，其余是普通立窑。大多数机械化立窑的装备、技术水平低，能耗高，生产的水泥质量差。在80年代中期，为了改变机械化立窑生产的面貌，节能降耗，提高效益，中国建材生产部门组织合肥水泥研究院和中国建材研究院分别对安徽滁县地区水泥厂和山东牟平水泥厂进行了节能示范改造工作。通过两年多的努力，两条机立窑节能改造示范生产线建成投产，分别进行了检测验收。取得了熟料煤耗低于12okg。/t，水泥综合电耗低于sokw·h八，熟料标号57.SMPa以上的优异效果。使这两条机立窑在产品质量上达到生产高标号水泥的水平，在能耗上达到国内先进水平。 通过这两条示范线的总结，为中国机械化立窑进行节能技术改造提供了14项成熟的先进技术和装备:①立窑企业的原料预均化技术;②生料微机自动配料技术(包括钙铁分析仪应用);③生料均化技术;④生料高效粉磨技术(如立式磨);⑤复合矿化剂应用技术;⑥煤料分别粉磨技术;⑦窑体综合改造技术;⑧预加水成球技术;⑨高效节能烘干技术;⑩立窑热工参数的微机监测与控制技术;⑩磨机负荷自动控制技术(包括生料磨和水泥磨);⑩节能型沟槽衬板;⑩新型水泥高细磨技术;⑩粉尘综合治理技术。 在各地开展机立窑节能技术改造的基础上，又进一步开发和推广了一批节能技术措施:①挤压粉磨新工艺及设备;②磨外预破碎闭路新工艺;③小型生料烘干兼粉磨技术;④机立窑偏火自动监测与控制系统技术;⑤机立窑节能衬里配套技术及应用。 这些节能技术对进一步提高节能技术改造效益，提高水泥机立窑技术水平有很大的效果。目前，进行了节能综合改造的水泥厂，水泥熟料煤耗都能降到12okg。e八以下，部分企业可达到103一loskg。。/t。水泥综合电耗都能降到SOkW·h/t以下，部分企业可降到75kw·h八以下。熟料标号一般都达到叨.SMPa以上，部分企业熟料标号在6OMPa以上。使企业的水泥质量和能耗已接近大型窑外分解窑的技术指标(见水泥窑外分解生产工艺)。(陈敏)
