1.The experiment results show that high nitrogen potential in atmosphere can increase the compound layer thickness while low nitrogen potential in atmosphere will decrease the compound layer thickness and hardness.结果表明:在离子氮碳共渗过程中,气氛中低氮势不利于ε相的生成,且渗层的显微硬度较低;高氮势有利于ε相的生成,同时提高了渗层的显微硬度;当氮势超过60后对化合物层厚度影响不大。
