再结晶退火再结晶退火recrystallization annealing 20一J{eJ一ng tu}huo再结晶退火(reerystallization annealing) 将经过冷变形的工件加热到一定温度(再结晶温度以上),保温一段时间然后缓慢冷却的退火工艺。目的是消除冷变形引起的冷作硬化,恢复材料塑性以便进一步的塑性加工;或者是保证一定的使用性能。 在冷变形过程中,金属的晶粒沿变形方向被拉长,形成所谓“纤维组织”,同时在金属内部增殖大量位错,位错之间的相互作用使材料的强度、硬度增高,塑性下降,使进一步塑性变形发生困难。当加热到再结晶温度以上某一温度保温适当时间时,金属内部将发生再结晶过程,其内部组织由包含大量位错的“纤维组织”变成位错密度很低的细小等轴的再结晶晶粒,金属的性能也随之恢复到冷变形前的水平。 (邓至谈)
