液态模锻液态模锻liquid die forging yetai moduan液态模锻(liquid die forging)对注入模槽内的液态金属施加压力,使之在冷凝和结晶的过程中产生塑性变形而成为制品的一种锻造方法。实质上是压铸与模锻的结合。 液态模锻按加压方式分3种:(l)平冲头加压法;(2)异形冲头加压法;(3)间接液态模锻法(见图)。液态模锻的过程分为:(l)把液态金属浇入锻模内;(2)加压使金属充满模腔;(3)在高压下金属结晶;(4)金属受压力作用发生塑性变形,直到锻压成锻件。哉 ab 液态模锻示意图 。一准备;b一成形 1一液态金属;2一下凹模;3一上模; 4一冲头;5一锻件 液态模锻应用在锻造困难、锻件质量不易合乎要求,而模锻成本又过高的零件锻造上。它是在压力铸造的基础上逐步发展起来的,但不同于压力铸造,不只是把液态金属压入模内冷凝成形,而是在金属注入凹模后先行压铸,随后继续加压使之成形。它的实质是对液态或半液态金属施加压力使之结晶,并在压力下变形,改变了金属在正常状态下的结晶组织。这就形成了晶粒在结晶过程中不断地被压碎而细化,铸态的树枝晶结构变成细小的等轴晶粒。在随后的冷却收缩中仍被压缩,只要有足够的压力,就能将收缩引起的缩孔、气孔、疏松等缺陷压合,使力学性能比压铸件提高。与普通热模锻相比,液态模锻能量消耗少,设备吨位小,金属损失也低。 这种方法由于在成形温度下易出现裂纹,脱模困难,制品质量不如普通锻造好,还有些问题尚未被完全认识,故应用受到一定限制。
