机床: 直齿锥齿轮刨齿机 用成对刨齿刀按展成法(见齿轮加工)粗﹑精加工直齿锥齿轮或斜齿锥齿轮齿部的齿轮加工机床。直齿锥齿轮刨齿机可加工直径小至5毫米﹑模数为0.5毫米﹐大到直径为900毫米﹑模数为 20毫米的工件。加工精度一般为7级(JB180-60)﹐适用于中小批量生产。直径大于900 毫米的直齿锥齿轮则在按靠模法加工的刨齿机上加工﹐最大加工直径可达5000毫米。直齿锥齿轮刨齿机(见图 直齿锥齿轮刨齿机的组成)的上﹑下刀架作直线往复的切削运动﹐整个刀架装在摇台上﹐并随摇台作一定角度的摆动﹐与工件的相应角度的正反回转运动一起构成展成运动。摇台每上下往复摆动一次﹐就完成一个齿的切削运动。这时工件随床鞍退出﹐转过一定角度进行分齿。然后床鞍又进到工作位置﹐开始切削第二个齿。床鞍的进退由进给鼓轮控制。全部齿切削完毕后机床自动停止。工件主轴箱按工件的根锥角在床鞍上调整位置。一般直齿锥齿轮刨齿机的工件主轴与摇台等高﹐不能调整﹐只能加工直齿。有的刨齿机的工件主轴的高度可调整﹐并带有切向刀架﹐可用以刨削斜齿锥齿轮。能刨削鼓形齿的刨齿机的刀架滑板有两条可调导轨﹐使刀架的运动轨迹略呈曲线﹐以刨出鼓形。
