钕铁硼永磁材料分子式:Nd-Fe-BCAS号:性质:以Nd2Fe14B单相化合物为基体,磁性能与其有关,成分与其相近,但Nd和B必须比Nd-Fe-B中量高,性能方优良。大体成分:Nd0~36%(质量),Fe约63%(质量),B约1%(质量)。当Nd和Fe被不同的稀土和其他金属所取代,可发展为多种成分,磁性能不同的Nd-Fe-B永磁体。商品化的磁能积大约为199~287kJ/m3(25~36MGsOe)采用粉末冶金、还原扩散、熔体快淬、铸造等方法制造。用于制备各种电机、电动机、磁浮选机、核磁共振等。目前永磁材料磁性能最高的为Nd-Fe-B,因而被称为第三代磁王。
