多维荧光检测技术分子式:CAS号:性质:一种荧光分析技术,区别于普通荧光分析的主要特点是能获得两变量同时变化时的荧光的信息,具有更高的信息量。目前主要有:同步荧光技术(synchronous fluorescence detection technique,记录的是发射波长和激发、发射波长差同时变化时的荧光强度);三维荧光技术(three-dimensional detection technique of fluorescence,又称总发光光谱技术,即荧光强度随激发波长和发射波长同时变化时的情况);相分辨荧光技术(phase-resolved detection technique of fluorescence,即经过了相调制的三维荧光技术)。光谱图有等角三维投影图和等高线光谱图两种表示方法。主要作为光谱指纹技术,用于环境监测和法庭判证方面,以及药物鉴定,矿物研究,多组分混合物的定性、定量分析等。所用仪器与一般光谱仪相似,只是加入相应的特殊技术,如引入光调制器等,也需要增加相应的计算机处理软件。
