光弹性应力计光弹性应力计photoelastic stressmeter guangtanxing yingliji光弹性应力计(photoelastic stressmeter) 由双折射材料制成的刚性应力传感器,是常用的地压监浏仪器,可用于测量岩体应力变化和主应力方向。其性能稳定,安装、观测方便,直观,可在较恶劣的环境中长期测量。 光弹性应力计有单轴应力计与双轴应力计两种类型。其外形可以是实心短圆柱体或厚壁空心短圆柱体。其背面有反光镀层者为反射式,无镀层者为透射式。应用最广泛的是反射式双轴应力计,其尺寸及材料视研究对象的需要而异,中国通用的是R一50型玻璃光应力计。 使用时,将光应力计嵌人岩体钻孔内,并用适当的粘结剂使之与岩体粘结在一起。当光应力计材料的弹模值比被测对象的弹模值高若干倍时,光弹性应力计可视为一刚性包体,当粘结层很薄时,其影响可忽略不计。本方法以光测弹性力学基本理论和弹性介质中的刚性包体理论为基础,当光应力计周围岩体的应力变化时,光应力计在圆偏振光场中的光学效应相应变化,根据应力光学定律即可得出岩体该点的主应力和方向。 埋设光应力计的钻孔深度取决于观测仪器。采用反射式偏振镜时,孔深宜取1.2~1.sm,孔壁间隙应尽量小,以减小粘结剂引起的观测误差。埋设时,应力计中心孔应与钻孔轴线保持一致。反光镀层应有良好的防潮性能。观测时,偏振镜对准应力计,通过白光源照射,光应力计中将显现彩色应力光图。根据应力光图的对称轴,确定主应力方向;读取中心孔附近四个灵敏区内的干涉条纹级数,按事先测定的拟条纹值计算应力值,或读取光应力计上预先刻划的各观测点的条纹级数,用相应各点率定的拟定纹值计算应力值。
