铸造钛合金分子式:CAS号:性质:用于浇铸成一定形状铸件的钛合金。大部分变形钛合金具有良好的铸造性能。其中最广泛使用的是Ti-6A1-4V合金。它具有最好的铸造工艺性能和稳定的组织,在350℃以下具有良好的强度(5σb≥890MPa)与断裂韧性。目前铸造钛合金的使用温度一般为300~400℃。一般采用真空凝壳炉和石墨型熔铸法制取。主要用于铸造航空发动机机匣、支承架、导向叶片等非转动性部件、也用于铸造叶轮等转动性零件,取代不锈钢用在化工领域。
