颗粒度分子式:CAS号:性质:是颗粒性的客观量度,它反映经均匀曝光和冲洗加工的感光涂层中微密度空间的波动特性。用测量孔径48μm的测微密度计测量样品不同部位至少1000个密度值,求出其标准偏差再乘上1000就是RMS颗粒度值。此时的RMS颗粒度值相当于放大12倍条件下观察漫射照明样品时所产生的颗粒性感觉。颗粒度值随密度而变化,通常给出漫透射密度1.0时的RMS颗粒度。
