自动配煤装置自动配煤装置automatic coal proportioner Zidong peimel zhuangZhl自动配煤装置(autornaticc阅少OPortioner) 配煤设备之一。它可按照给定值自动控制各单种煤的配入量,以保证配合比例和配入量的准确和恒定。 自动配煤装置由配煤装置、称量带式翰送机和称量设备等部分组成。配煤装置有电磁振动给料器、配煤盘和胶带给料机三种类型。 自动配煤装置的工作原理如图1所示。电磁振动给料器(或其他两种配煤设备)把煤定量地给到称量胶带输送机上。均匀铺在胶带面上的煤经过称量段时,其质量经称量托辊和秤框作用在质量传感器上。质量传感器由弹性元件和贴附在弹性体上的电阻应变片组成。这些电阻片以适当的顺序组成平稳电桥。根据平稳电桥原理,没有负载时桥路在一定供桥电压下输出电压为零。当传感器承重时,由于弹性元件变形,桥臂电阻失去平衡,桥路产生不平衡的输出电压mv信号(即毫伏信号,又称质量信号)。速度传感器通过滚轮与胶带的摩擦将胶带运动的线速度转换成转速,再将转速连续地转换成脉冲频率(即速度信号),以模拟胶带运动速度。再经传感器将速度信号与质量信号相乘,送出正比于质量的毫伏信号,经毫伏变送器将信号放大并转换成0~IOmA的电流信号,再由质量显示仪表和比例积分单元,分别指示出煤配入的瞬时量和累计量。当实际下料量与给定值(表现为通过电流值)发生偏差时,调节器便给出偏差电流信号,再转换成电压信号,以自动改变电磁振动给料器的工作电压,进而调节其振幅,或改变变速电机的转速,进而调节配煤盘的转速或胶带给料机的带速。这样使下料量调回到给定值,实现闭环自动调节,达到自动配煤的目的。 随着电子计算机技术的发展,自动配煤装置的控制系统已从模拟仪表控制过渡到微机控制,使用单片机代替变送器和调节器,提高了系统的可靠性。微机配料秤的结构见图2。在组成配煤系统时,可利用微机挖制器的标准接口由上位机与多台下位机组成控制系 笋实行联网运行,各下位机也可单独运行,进前 闭环自动控制。一’一‘件钮篡篡~;二 一一-一弓-—.一~中卜一一~司些L~甲仃通讯摇口 LJ件盛婴函剧一一,司栩r一j亘三昌甘兰剐皿计值显云 —暨一’时流~ 设定键盘 图2微机配料秤原理图 (张孔祥赵正兴)
