采煤机械化采煤机械化coal mining mechanization 采煤机械化(eoal mining meehanization)采煤工作面采煤的5个主要工序(破煤、装煤、运煤、支护和控顶)都用机械来完成。广义的采煤机械化还包括煤矿其他重要生产环节，如煤炭井下运输和提升，掘进和辅助运输等的机械化。 采煤机械采煤工作面机械通常分为旱采和水采两类。 ①长壁采煤机械:主要包括采煤机、链板输送机和液压自移支架。采煤机的作用是破煤和装煤，即把煤壁上的煤破碎、下落，并把它装在链板运输机的槽板上。采煤机完成破煤和装煤两道繁重工序，是采煤工作面的主要设备。长壁工作面主要采用滚筒式采煤机，也有的采用刨煤机。现在，滚筒式采煤机向大功率、高能力和坚固可靠方向发展，装机功率最高达l000kW左右，牵引速度(采煤机移动速度)6.5~12m/min。链板输送机的作用是把煤运出采煤工作面，经转载机卸在采区胶带输送机上运出采区。机械化采煤工作面一般都采用可弯曲链板输送机，其运输能力高的达到1500~3000t/h。液压自移支架(见彩图插页第11页)的作用是支护顶板和控顶，还承担推移链板运输机的工作。现在，液压自移支架向高初撑力和快速移设发展。以使采煤工作面顶板在维护期间尽量减少下沉，减少变形和塌落。 ②短壁采煤机械:主要包括连续采煤机、梭车和锚杆打眼安装机。连续采煤机是一台带有悬臂式破煤机构和装车机构的履带行走机械设备。能够完成从煤壁上破煤，并把煤装人梭车，由梭车把煤运出采区。由于短壁采煤的矿井、巷道绝大部分为煤巷，因此连续采煤机既是主要的采煤机械，又是巷道掘进的主要机械。梭车是短壁采煤矿井的井下主要运输设备。既可以运煤，又用以运送器材设备和人员。梭车的动力有用防爆内燃机的，也有用防爆电机的。锚杆打眼安装机具有打锚杆眼和安装锚杆的功能。短壁采煤机配套设备具有采煤和掘进的双重功能，而且机动灵活，可以快速地在采煤工作面和掘进工作面之间调动。 ③水枪:水采的采煤工作面机械。水枪是一台高压水射流方向控制器，高压水射流由远距离的离心式高压水泵供给。水枪喷射的高压水射流从煤壁上破煤，利用煤层底板的倾斜角度、溜槽和水流的冲刷将破碎的煤炭运出。水采的采煤工作面没有维护顶板和控制顶板垮落的机械设备。 各国概况欧洲和亚洲的主要产煤国曾主要发展长壁采煤机械，美国和澳大利亚主要发展短壁采煤机械。2。
