换向阀分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:又称克里斯阀阀门的一种,具有多向可调的通道,可适时改变流体流向。如图(a)所示为一摇臂式阀板换向阀(三通)的结构示意图。工作时借着阀外的驱动传动机构转动驱动轴,带动摇拐臂,启动阀板,使工作流体时而从左入口通向阀的下部出口,时而人右入口变换通向下部出口,实现了周期变换流向的目的。这种变换阀在石油、化工生产中有着广泛的应用,在合成氨造气系统中最为常用。此外,换向阀还可作成阀瓣式的结构如图(b)所示,多用于较小流量的场合。工作时只需转动手轮通过阀瓣来变换工作流体的流向。阀板式的优点是动作准确、自动化程度高、工作稳定可靠,但需附设驱动和冷却系统,结构较为复杂;阀瓣式结构则较简单,多用于流量较小的生产工艺上。
