主蒸汽系统主蒸汽系统main steam system zhuzhengql xltong主燕汽系统(main steam system)锅炉过热器出口联箱到汽枪机主汽门之间的蒸汽管道的连接系统。火电厂常用的主蒸汽系统有单元制、单母管制、切换母管制等类型。 单母管制系统将参数相同锅炉的新蒸汽连接到蒸汽母管,再分别送到汽轮机及有关辅助设备的燕汽管道系统,见图(a)。 为避免母管及与母管相连的阀门发生事故,造成与母管相连的全部锅炉和汽轮机停止运行,用两个申联的关断阀将母管分成两个以上的区段,避免因母管故障造成全厂停运。正常运行时,分段阀门处于全开启状态。┌────┬────┐│二占一二│二占一二││I丁 │了万 │└────┴────┘ 火电厂主蒸汽管道系统 (a)单母管分段系统,(b)切换母管制系统;(c)单元制系统 燕汽母管分段后,当某一区段内相连的阀门故障时,将迫使这一区段的锅炉和汽轮机停止运行。这种系统多用于机、炉台数或容量互不配合的小型火电厂和供热式电厂。 切换母管制系统锅炉与其相对应的汽轮机组成单元,各单元通过切换阀门与母管连接的燕汽管道系统,见图(b)。特点是:相对应的机、炉可不经过母管作单元运行,也可经过母管实现机、炉并列或交叉运行。 切换母管制系统比单元制系统有较高的灵活性,但阀门较多,系统复杂,多在机、炉容量能互相配合的中小容t电厂和供热式电厂中采用。 单元制系统每台汽轮机和锅炉组成独立的单元连接,单元之间无横向联系,见图(。)。这种系统的优点是系统简单,管道短,阀门和管件少,压力损失和散热损失小,便于机、炉协调控制,利于厂房和设备的布置设计。缺点是单元之间不能交叉运行,单元内锅炉或汽轮机或主蒸汽管道上任一附件发生故障,整个单元将被迫停止运行。这种系统要求加强设备维护,以提高运行可靠性,因而对电力系统的备用容量提出更高的要求。 高温高压大容量机组,特别是中间再热机组,均采用单元制系统。
