共生固氮作用分子式:CAS号:性质:由固氮微生物与其紧密共同生活在一起的植物或其他生物将空气中的游离氮固定成植物能吸收的氨的生物化学作用。在这个体系中,与固氮微生物共生的生物向固氮微生物提供生活必需的能源和碳源,而固氮微生物则将自己固定的氮素(大气中游离态氮分子在固氮微生物体内还原为结合态氮——氨分子)供给共生生物作为合成氨基酸和蛋白质的氮源。共生固氮作用分为两类:(1)豆科植物与根瘤菌的共生固氮,土壤中的根瘤菌侵入植物根部后形成根瘤,固氮作用在根瘤中进行;(2)非豆科植物与微生物的共生固氮,此类固氮作用中的微生物主要是放线菌和蓝藻,例如鱼腥藻与蕨类植物满江红(绿萍)形成的共生固氮体系是中国南方优良的绿肥。
