氯雷他定片药物名称：氯雷他定片英文名：Loratadine Tablets汉语拼音：主要成分：氯雷他定性状：白色片药理作用：氯雷他定为口服的长效三环类抗组胺药，起效快，作用强，为第三代抗组胺药，具有选择性的对抗外周H1受体的作用。 用豚鼠研究表明，作用时间为18～24小时，对中枢作用的研究表明，对小鼠、大鼠、狗和猴很少或没有抑制作用或抗胆碱能作用。药代动力学：人口服后迅速自胃肠道吸收，1小时后血药浓度达峰值，本品在体内广泛代谢，其主要代谢产物去羧乙氧氯雷他定具有很强的抗H1受体作用。本品和去羧乙氧氯雷他定的半衰期分别为12和18小时，本品与血浆蛋白的结合率为98%左右，去羧乙氧氯雷他定的结合率较低，本品及其他的代谢产物可在乳汁中检出，但通过血脑屏障的药量不多，本品及其代谢产物随尿和粪排出体外。适应症：用于缓解过敏性鼻炎有关的症状，如喷嚏、流涕及鼻痒、鼻塞以及眼部痒及烧灼感，口服药物后鼻和眼部症状及体征得以迅速缀解，亦适用于缓解慢性荨麻疹、瘙痒性皮肤病及其他过敏性皮肤病的症状及体征。用法与用量：成人：一次10mg，一天1次。2～12岁儿童：体重＞30Kg，一次1mg，一天1次。体重≤30Kg，一次5mg，一天1次。不良反应：在临床对照试验中，氯雷他定未显示临床上明显的镇静或抗胆碱能作用，其发生率与安慰剂相似。乏力、头痛和恶心的报告很罕见。禁忌症：具有过敏反应或特异体质的病人禁用。注意事项： 1 2岁以下儿童服用氯雷他定的安全性及疗效目前尚未确定。 2 妊娠期应用氯雷他定的安全性未被确定，因此，仅在权衡利弊之后，对胎儿有利的情况下方能应用，因为氯雷他定可以从乳汁中分泌，并且抗组胺药对婴儿的危险性增大，特别是对新生儿和早产儿，所以必须决定是停止哺乳还是停止服药，氯雷他定应用于哺乳期妇女必须非常谨慎。 3 当与酒同时服用时；根据精神运动试验研究表明氯雷他定无药力相加作用。 4 在作皮试前的大约48小时应停止使用氯雷他定，因抗组胺药能消除或减轻皮肤对所用变应原的阳性反应。规格： 10mg贮藏：遮光，密闭保存。有效期：暂定4年。处方药：是
