石蒜碱 一种异喹啉生物碱，分子式C16H17NO4。它广泛存在于石蒜科植物中。1897年 K.莫里希马首先从红花石蒜根中分离得到石蒜碱。 石蒜碱熔点275～280℃(分解),比旋光度[α]峐-129°（98％乙醇）；稍溶于乙醇、乙醚，不溶于水。其盐酸盐为长针状结晶，熔点217℃（分解），[α]厙+43°。若带一分子结晶水，熔点则为206℃。 石蒜碱有较显著的催吐作用，效力比吐根碱强，而不如阿朴吗啡，毒性较小；有祛痰作用。石蒜碱经氢化后生成二氢石蒜碱，后者具有较强的抗阿米巴痢疾作用，且毒性较小，已供临床使用。石蒜碱制成的内胺盐在动物身上表现出抗肿瘤作用。中药铁色箭、乌蒜具有祛痰催吐作用，主要由于含有石蒜碱。
