石蒜碱    一种异喹啉生物碱,分子式C16H17NO4。它广泛存在于石蒜科植物中。1897年 K.莫里希马首先从红花石蒜根中分离得到石蒜碱。    石蒜碱熔点275~280℃(分解),比旋光度[α]峐-129°(98%乙醇);稍溶于乙醇、乙醚,不溶于水。其盐酸盐为长针状结晶,熔点217℃(分解),[α]厙+43°。若带一分子结晶水,熔点则为206℃。    石蒜碱有较显著的催吐作用,效力比吐根碱强,而不如阿朴吗啡,毒性较小;有祛痰作用。石蒜碱经氢化后生成二氢石蒜碱,后者具有较强的抗阿米巴痢疾作用,且毒性较小,已供临床使用。石蒜碱制成的内胺盐在动物身上表现出抗肿瘤作用。中药铁色箭、乌蒜具有祛痰催吐作用,主要由于含有石蒜碱。
