荚膜组织胞浆菌病荚膜组织胞浆菌病histoplasmosis 由荚膜组织胞浆菌所引起的,以侵犯网状内皮系统或肺部为主的深部真菌病。另有一种非洲型是由杜氏组织胞浆菌所致,以累及皮肤或骨骼为主,而不侵犯肺部。约半数患者为儿童,而且多为播散型、在我国少见。临床表现分三型:播散型、肺型、皮肤型。确定诊断需作真菌检查。如骨髓涂片可见巨噬细胞增多,在有些巨噬细胞内可含有椭圆形孢子;真菌培养可见真菌菌落。治疗时,支持疗法很重要,药物治疗可用两性霉素B,酮康唑、5-氟胞嘧啶等抗真菌药物。少数患者有肺部局限性病损者,可手术切除。
