椭圆囊 椭圆囊 utriculus 椭圆囊(utrieulus)属内耳膜迷路的一部分，位于前庭的后上方，为一个微扁而略长的椭圆形囊。其后壁有五个开口，通膜半规管;前壁有一小管通球囊。囊内有内淋巴液，与球囊、膜半规管相通。囊底有一处勃膜增厚，形成斑状隆起，称椭圆囊斑。椭圆囊斑由一层结缔组织、一层上皮和耳石膜形成。耳石膜为覆盖在上皮表面的一层厚的蛋白样胶质膜，其浅层含碳酸钙和蛋白质组成的结晶体，称耳石。囊斑的上皮含有支持细胞和毛细胞。毛细胞为感觉上皮细胞，夹在支持细胞之间，形似圆底烧瓶，上窄下宽，其底部有前庭神经末梢分布。毛细胞的顶端有一束纤毛，伸入到耳石膜内。椭圆囊斑的结缔组织与前庭内的骨膜相连，内有神经纤维穿过。椭圆囊斑是感受头部位置变动或直线加速、减速运动的感受器。当头部位置改变时，由于重力的影响，耳石膜下垂，牵拉毛细胞的纤毛，使之兴奋并产生神经冲动，经前庭蜗神经传向脑，产生位觉和变速感觉。 (李世昌撰杨立能审)
