储量对其他单个变量的比例分析法储量对其他单个变量的比例分析法 【储.对其他单个变，的比例分析法】为了克服储备—进口比例分析法的缺陷，西方一些经济学家曾提出了储备与其他一些变量比例来衡量储备需求的适度水平。 布朗采用储备对外支付逆差额的比例分析法，在理论上顺应了储备弥补国际收支逆差这一点，因而有一定的优越性，但仍无法克服比例法所固有的静态分析和片面性等缺陷，而且采用这种比例分析法还会碰到事先与事后的指标问题:一方面，国际收支范围较广，统计难以及时和准确，而要进行预测则更加不易。因此，采用事先指标比较困难;另一方面，采用事后指标会遇到“同时性问题”(The Simulta-neity Problem)，因对外收支逆差额是随储备的可获性而发生变化，一国的国际收支逆差首先取决于可用来弥补逆差的储备额，又取决于储备不足时的政策调节，因此，一国的国际收支总差额和国际储备额是同时决定的。由此可见，储备对对外支付差额的比例也难以正确反映一国的储备斋求水平。 以已故的原芝加哥大学的约翰逊教授为代表的一些经济学家则竭力主张采用国际储备与国内货币供应量或对外流动性负债之间的比例来反映对国际储备的需求。他们运用货币分析法来研究储备需求，认为任何一种国际收支失衡在本质上都是一种货币现象，如以X和M表示出口和进口，以g、s、m表示商品、证券和货币，则国际收支差额B二(x。一M:)+(x一M.)二M一x.。如货币流出大于货币流人，则会引起商品进口大于商品出口，或证券进口大于证券出口，因此，储备需求实际上由国内货币供应量的多少来决定。在国际收支调节的货币分析法指导下，这种国际储备需求理论不仅不能解决比例分析法的静态分析和片面性等固有特点，而且还在理论上歪曲了商品流通或货币流通的主次关系，置货币流通于商品流通关系之上，在实际上又难以划出货币、准货币的范围。对发展中国家来说，尤其如此，既不能给国内货币量下个明确定义，又因为，国内经济中存在大量非货币成份，因此，储备—货币供应量的比例也不能正确反映一国的储备需求水平，况且已有的实证检验也未能显示两者之间有什么令人信服的关系。
