嗜热放线菌 放线菌目中生长在45~65°C的 1个生态群。19世纪末,从土壤和堆肥中分离出来的放线菌能在比大多数微生物生长温度高得多的温度下生长。20世纪50年代,有人开始进行了比较详细的研究。至今记述有 5个科12属的150多个种。重要的有①高温放线菌科:孢子为特别抗热的内生孢子。包括高温放线菌属和两歧放线菌组;②高温单孢菌科:孢子为普通的单个分生孢子,只有一种兼性嗜热,包括高温单孢菌属和糖单孢菌属。其余还有小多孢菌科中的小双孢菌属,小多孢菌属、马都拉放线菌属和卓孢菌属的某些种兼性嗜热。链霉菌科中的链霉菌属含有10多个嗜热的种以及诺卡氏菌科中的类诺卡氏菌属和假诺卡氏菌属都有嗜热的种。 嗜热放线菌能产生多种抗生素、酶和维生素。已应用这些微生物处理城市垃圾、制作堆肥。嗜热放线菌也能损坏干草、谷物等,同时释放出大量孢子,引起呼吸道过敏性感染,通称农民肺病。
