热管热管heatpipe高效的强化传热元件。广泛用于航天器的温度控制、电子器件的冷却,以及热管等温炉、换热器、太阳能集热器、深冷手术器和各种能量回收系统中的换热装置等。1942年,美国的R.S.高格勒提出热管的工作原理,但未引起人们的注意。1964年,由于航天技术的需要,美国的G.M.格罗弗发明了这种新型的传热元件。此后,这项传热新技术在各国引起了很大的重视,热管的理论、性能、寿命和制造工艺等问题得到了广泛的研究。从70年代开始,热管从实验室研究迅速地转向实用阶段。热管是一个封闭的系统,主要由管壳,吸液芯和工质组成。种类很多。根据工作温度可分为高温热管(温度高于620K)、中温热管(温度在120~620K之间)和深冷热管(温度低于120K)3种;根据结构特点可分为吸热芯热管、重力辅助热管、旋转热管、等温热管和可控热管等。热管的性能与结构、形状、尺寸、工质物性和重力方向的夹角等有关,其寿命取决于工质与材料的化学相容性。因为不相容会导致热管性能恶化甚至失效。
