三级跳远三级跳远triplejump田径运动跳跃项目。在助跑之后，沿直线向前连续做3次不同形式跳跃。第一跳为单足跳，须用起跳腿落地；第二跳为跨步跳，须用摆动腿落地；第三跳为跳跃，双脚同时落入沙坑。1896年第一届奥运会上被列为正式比赛项目。中国于1923年作为单项比赛项目。三级跳远成绩主要取决于助跑时所获得的水平速度和各次起跳的垂直速度。此外，合理的腾起角度和适宜的3跳间比例也是影响成绩的重要因素。助跑通常是距离较长，速度较快，跑跳动作连贯自然。第一跳起跳腿离地时，应在空中保持跨步的姿势，随即两腿在空中换步，起跳腿在落地时应有扒地动作，双臂由前向后做大幅度配合摆动。第二跳时，摆动腿和两臂有力地向前摆动，重心前移，待脚向下扒地的同时，两臂向后做摆动。第三跳，摆动腿做蹬伸时，另一条腿和两臂由后向前上方摆出。一般以蹲踞式或挺身式作为第三跳落地时的腾空姿势。3跳之间的长度大多是第一跳稍长于第三跳，第二跳最短。三级跳远技术大致分为高跳型、平跳型、中间型。高跳型也称力量型，特点是第一跳身体重心腾起高而远，3跳距离变化较大。平跳型也称速度型，特点是身体向前速度快，重心轨迹低而平，第一、三跳距离变化不大。中间型也称现代平跳型，特点是在保持第一跳较长距离下，仍能使第三跳增长距离。三级跳远比赛
