苯丙胺分子式:C9H13N分子量:135.21CAS号:300-62-9性质:该品为无色油状液体。沸点203℃,相对密度0.913(25/4℃)。微溶于水。制备方法:以苯乙腈和乙酸乙酯为原料,在乙醇钠存在下进行脱羧反应制得苯丙酮,再由苯丙酮制备苯丙胺。制备过程如下:(1)α-氰基苯丙酮的制备:将15%工业用乙醇钠255克置于反应瓶内,在搅拌下加热至微沸,这时,加入工业用苯乙腈65g和工业用乙酸乙酯74g混合液。然后继续搅拌回流2h,冷却至0℃,过滤。将滤得固体抽干,溶于360ml水中,用38%盐酸中和至pH为4左右,放置2h,过滤,将滤得的固体抽干,即得粗品α-氰基苯丙酮(C10H9NO),[4468-48-8]。(2)苯丙酮的制备:将工业上用硫酸95ml置于反应瓶内,搅拌冷却至10℃左右,分批加入α-氰基苯丙酮(直至加完,温度保持在20℃以下)。加毕,继续搅拌10min,加入水490nl,置沸水浴上加热2h。然后静置3-4h,分取油层进行减压蒸馏,收集109-112℃(3.20kPa)馏分,即得苯丙酮(C9H10O)[103-79-7],含量约95%左右。收率以苯乙腈计算约57%左右。(3)苯丙胺制备:将苯丙酮888g、活性镍148g和17%氨-乙醇3L加入反应器内,密闭反应系统,排除空气后,于45-50℃,以1.6-0.4MPa压力通入氢气进行氨氢反应,直至不吸氢为止。然后将反应液过滤分离活性镍,排氨,回收乙醇,最后在减压蒸馏中收集80-90℃(1.33-2.0kPa)馏分,即得苯丙胺,含量为93%。收率96%左右。用途:本品为精神振奋药,用于治疗儿童脑功能障碍,有效率可达70%左右。作为药物,有苯丙胺硫酸盐、苯丙胺磷酸盐[139-10-6]。将苯丙胺溶于乙醇,搅拌下滴加乙醇和硫酸配制的溶液使pH5.5-6。然后过滤。用乙醇洗涤滤饼,烘干即得苯丙胺硫酸盐成品。
