胡芦巴【通用名称】胡芦巴【其他名称】胡芦巴 胡芦巴 拼音名:Huluba 英文名:SEMEN TRIGONELLAE 书页号:2000年版一部-194 本品为豆科植物胡芦巴 Trigonella foenum-graecum L. 的干燥成熟种子。夏季果 实成熟时采割植株,晒干,打下种子,除去杂质。 【性状】 本品略呈斜方形或矩形,长3~4mm,宽2~3mm,厚约2mm 。表面黄绿色 或黄棕色,平滑,两侧各具一深斜沟,相交处有点状种脐。质坚硬,不易破碎。种皮 薄,胚乳呈半透明状,具黏性;子叶2,淡黄色,胚根弯曲,肥大而长。气香,味微苦。 【鉴别】 (1)本品横切面:表皮栅状细胞1 列,外壁及侧壁上部较厚,有细密纵 沟纹,下部胞腔较大,光辉带位于细胞外侧1/3 处,外被角质层。支持细胞1 列,略呈 哑铃状,上端稍窄,下端较宽,垂周壁显条状纹理。内胚乳细胞主为黏液细胞,壁甚厚。 子叶细胞含糊粉粒及脂肪油滴。 (2) 取本品粉末5g,加石油醚(60~90℃)30ml,加热回流1小时,滤过,滤液弃 去,药渣挥干,再加乙醇30ml,加热回流1小时,滤过,滤液蒸干,残渣加甲醇2ml使溶解, 作为供试品溶液。另取胡芦巴碱对照品,加甲醇制成每1ml含1mg的溶液,作为对照品溶液。 照薄层色谱法(附录Ⅵ B)试验,吸取上述两种溶液各6μl,分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板 上,以无水乙醇-丙酮-盐酸(10:6:1)为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干,喷以稀碘化铋钾 试液-三氯化铁试液(2:1)混合溶液。供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显 相同颜色的斑点。 【炮制】 胡芦巴 除去杂质,洗净,干燥。 盐胡芦巴 取净胡芦巴,照盐水炙法(附录Ⅱ D)炒至鼓起,有香气。用时捣碎。 【性味与归经】 苦,温。归肾经。 【功能与主治】 温肾,祛寒,止痛。用于肾脏虚冷,小腹冷痛,小肠疝气,寒湿 脚气。 【用法与用量】 4.5~9g 。 【贮藏】 置干燥处。
