霜脲氰分子式:C7H10N4O3分子量:198.42CAS号:57966-95-7性质:无色针状结晶固体(从无水乙醇中),熔点160-161℃,蒸气压为0.8×10-4Pa(25℃)。溶解度(每1000g):水1.0g、丙酮105g、氯仿103g、二甲基甲酰胺185g。在中性或弱酸性介质水稳定,在土壤中七天内损失50%。制备方法:N-乙基脲、氰乙酸和乙酸酐反应得N-氰乙酸基-N-乙基脲,N-氰乙酰基-N-乙基脲再与亚硝酸钠反应1h得到2-氰基-2-肟基乙酰胺钠盐。在2-氰基-2-肟基乙酰胺钠盐中,缓缓加入硫酸二甲酯,同时不断地用50% NaOH溶液调节pH值,使pH值保持7-8反应得到霜脲氰。用途:霜脲氰是一种新杀菌剂,它对葡萄霜霉病及马铃薯晚疫病等真菌病害有明显的防治效果。
