异黄酮类 由异黄酮(3-苯基色原酮)衍生的一类化合物。异黄酮类分子中C2=C3间双键被氢化后,则称为异黄烷酮或二氢异黄酮类。例如,芒柄花素是一种简单的异黄酮类化合物,为针状结晶,熔点 258°C,广泛分布于豆科植物如黄芪、甘草、红花翘摇等中,有抗菌和类似雌性激素的作用,可能是由于它的结构与己烯雌酚相似的缘故。此外,由甘草中得到的甘草酮也属异黄酮类,熔点251°C,在其C3苯环上有异戊烯取代基,并具有间苯三酚型含氧取代基。中药广豆根中所含的紫檀素可视为异黄烷酮的衍生物,熔点164~165°C,有抗癌活性和抗霉菌的作用。由毛鱼藤中分到的鱼藤酮(熔点165~166°C)的基本结构仍然是异黄烷酮,只是C2位上多一个碳原子与B环C2位形成了一个含氧的杂环,有较强的杀虫、毒鱼作用,用为农业杀虫剂。由百部同属植物Stemona collinsae craib的根中也分离出此类杀虫成分,称百部缩醛,含有缩醛结构,可视为异黄酮类,熔点203~204°C。
