免疫球蛋白IgE分子式:CAS号:性质:又称反应素。系血清中抗体之一,即免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的旧称。在20世纪早期,在对特应性疾病(atopic disease)的观察中,曾发现有一种体液性因子在发病上起举足轻重的作用,并称这一因子为反应素(或叫反应抗体)。由于应用当时的一些血清学反应方法不能将它分离出来,直至1966年由石坂氏发现了IgE才知道所谓的上述反应素就是IgE,随之在1968年也被世界卫生组织建议命名为IgE。所以反应素或反应抗体实际已成为历史性的名称。
