抗降解物阻遏突变株分子式：CAS号：性质：能消除葡萄糖(或其他易利用的碳源)代谢降解物对某些诱导酶基因的转录阻遏作用的突变型微生物。如大肠杆菌乳糖操纵子的转录，要求同时存在降解物活化蛋白(CAP)和环腺苷酸(cAMP)，当CAP-cAMP复合物结合到乳糖操纵子的启动子上，即可激活转录。葡萄糖降解物的作用，或是抑制腺苷酸环化酶活性，或是增强磷酸二酯酶活性，从而使细胞内cAMP浓度降低和抑制乳糖操纵子转录。因此大肠杆菌在含葡萄糖和乳糖培养液中，总是先利用完葡萄糖后，再利用乳糖。某些CAP基因突变型所编码的CAP蛋白在不与cAMP结合的情况下也有激活作用，因此它对乳糖(或其他须诱导才被利用的糖)操纵子的转录激活作用不受葡萄糖降解物的影响，在含有葡萄糖和乳糖培养液中，该突变株能同时利用这两种糖，故被称为抗降解物阻遏突变株。
