脂溶性维生素分子式:CAS号:性质:是指不溶或难溶于水,而易溶于脂肪和大部分有机溶剂的各种维生素。这类维生素的结构中只有碳、氢和氧三种元素。在植物组织中有这类维生素原(或称前体维生素)。维生素原可在动物体内转化成维生素,如水果、蔬菜中所含的胡萝卜素在动物体内可转化成维生素A,所以胡萝卜素又称为维生素A前体或维生素A原。水溶性维生素没有这种维生素原。脂溶性维生素有4种,即维生素A、维生素E、维生素D和维生素K。
