2-苯乙醇分子式:C8H10O分子量:122.17CAS号:60-12-8性质:具有玫瑰香气的无色液体。熔点-25.8℃,沸点219.5-221℃,104℃(1.86kPa),99.5℃(1.33kPa),相对密度(25/4℃)1.0235,折射率(nD20)1.5179,粘度(25℃)7.58mPa·s,闪点102.2℃。溶于乙醇、乙醚和甘油,溶于50倍以上的水,微溶于矿油。制备方法:天然品存在于玫瑰油、天竺葵油和苦橙花油等中。市售品为合成品,用苯乙烯单体经氧化苯乙烯制取。或将苯与环氧乙烷作用而得。1.氧化苯乙烯法以氧化苯乙烯在少量氢氧化钠及骨架镍催化剂存在下,在低温、加压下进行加氢即得。2.环氧乙烷法在无水三氯化铝存在下,由本与环氧乙烷发生Friedel-Crafts反应制取之。用途:调配玫瑰香型花精油和各种花香型香精,如茉莉香型、丁香香型、橙花香型等,几乎可以调配所有的花精油,广泛用于调配皂用和化妆品香精。此外,亦可以调配各种食用香精,如草莓、桃、李、甜瓜、焦糖、蜜香、奶油等型食用香精。
