微核试验分子式:CAS号:性质:又称小鼠骨髓微核试验。是一种代表染色体损伤的短期致突变性试验方法。微核是在有丝分裂或减数分裂末期,自发产生或致突变物诱发而滞留在细胞内的染色体或染色单体的断片,是由于纺锤体/着丝点功能异常所致。自发的微核率约为0.5%。本试验常用小鼠,给以受试物后,从骨髓采集嗜多染红细胞,观察微核率,如远高于对照组时为微核试验阳性,以判定受试物是否具有致突性的一种试验方法。
