艾纳香【通用名称】艾纳香【其他名称】艾纳香 (《开宝本草》) 【异名】大风艾、牛耳艾、大风叶、紫再枫(《生草药性备要》)，再风艾(《岭南采药录》)，大艾、大枫草(《中国树木分类学》)，大骨风(《南宁市药物志》)，大黄草(《中药志》)，大毛药(《贵州植药调查》)，冰片艾(广州部队《常用中草药手册》)。 【来源】为菊科植物艾纳香的叶及嫩枝。 【植物形态】艾纳香 多年生木质草本，高1～3米，全体密被黄色绒毛或绢毛，揉碎时有冰片香气。叶互生；叶片椭圆形或矩圆状披针形，长10～17厘米，宽1.2～2.5厘米，先端尖，基部狭窄，下延呈叶柄状，或近深裂，边缘具不规则锯齿，两面密被茸毛。头状花序顶生，伞房状；总苞片数轮，外轮较内轮短；管状花黄色，异形，缘花雌性，盘花两性，先端5裂；聚药雄蕊5；雌蕊1，子房下位，柱头2裂，线状。瘦果具10棱，冠毛淡白色。花期3～5月。果期9～10月。 生于山坡草地或灌木丛中。分布广东、广西、云南等地。广西及贵州有栽培。 本植物的根(艾纳香根)、叶片的加工品(艾片)亦供药用，各详专条。 【采集】全年可采，但以秋季采的质量较好。采后晒干。 【药材】干燥的叶略皱缩或破碎，边缘具细锯齿，上面灰绿色，略粗糙，被短毛，下面密被白色长绢毛，嫩叶两面均密被银色长绢毛，叶脉带黄色，下面突出较显；叶柄半圆形，密被短毛。叶质脆，易碎。 产于广西、广东、贵州等地。 【药理作用】其提取物注射于动物可引起血压下降，血管扩张，抑制交感神经系统，可用于兴奋、失眠或高血压患者。也有报告其浸剂能利尿，但较茶叶浸剂为弱。其挥发油可制龙脑，参见"龙脑"条。 【性味】辛苦，温。 ①《海药本草》："温平。" ②《开宝本草》："味甘，温，无毒。" ③《生草药性备要》："味苦，性温。" ④广州部队《常用中草药手册》："辛，温。" 【功用主治】温中活血，祛风除湿，杀虫。治寒湿泻痢，腹痛肠鸣，肿胀，筋骨疼痛，跌打损伤，癣疮。 ①《本草拾遗》："主癣。" ②《海药本草》："主伤寒五泄，心腹注气，下寸白，止肠鸣；烧之辟温疫。" ③《开宝本草》："去恶气，杀虫。主腹冷泄痢。" ④《生草药性备要》："祛风消肿，活血除湿。治跌打，敷酒风脚。" ⑤《岭南采药录》："疗四肢骨痛。" 【用法与用量】内服。煎汤，3～6钱。外用：煎水洗或研末调敷。 【选方】①治肿胀，风湿关节炎：大风艾、蓖麻叶、石菖蒲。煮水洗。(《广东中药》) ②治蛇伤口不合：大风艾同鹿耳翎敷。(《本草求原》) ③治跌打损伤，疮疖痈肿，皮肤瘙痒：大风艾鲜叶捣烂外敷或煎水洗患处。(广州部队《常用中草药手册》)
