膏剂膏剂paste将药物用水或植物油煎熬浓缩而成的膏状剂型。有内服和外用两种。内服膏剂，有流浸膏、浸膏、煎膏3种。①流浸膏。是用适当溶媒浸出药材中的有效成分后，将浸出液中一部分溶媒用低温蒸发除去，形成浓度较高的浸出液。具有有效成分含量高，服用量少，溶媒副作用小的特点，如益母草流浸膏。②浸膏。用溶媒将药材中有效成分浸出后，低温将溶媒全部蒸发掉，形成半固体或固体膏状。具有浓度高，体积小，剂量少的特点。③煎膏。又称膏滋，将药物反复煎煮到一定程度后，去渣取汁，再浓缩、加入蜂蜜、冰糖或砂糖煎熬成膏。体积小，冲服方便，且有滋补作用，适用于久病体虚者，如参芪膏。外用膏剂，分为软膏剂和硬膏剂：①软膏剂又称药膏，用适当的药物和基质均匀混合制成，容易涂于皮肤、粘膜的半固体外用制剂。②硬膏剂又称膏药，用植物油与黄丹或铅粉等经高温炼制成的铅硬膏为基质，并含有药物或中药材提取物的外用制剂。
