槟榔次碱分子式:CAS号:性质:属吡啶生物碱类化合物。片状结晶(稀乙醇),在102℃干燥后,232℃分解,易溶于水及稀醇,几乎不溶于无水乙醇、氯仿、乙醚等,具有酸碱两性反应,与酸、碱均可生成盐。其盐酸盐,熔点251℃,针状结晶,263℃分解(速热)。其氢溴酸盐结晶(甲醇),249℃分解。来源于棕榈科植物槟榔(Areca catechu L.)的种子。可化学合成制得。动物实验显示能增加γ-氨基丁酸和β-丙氨酸对中枢神经系统的抑制作用。
